SHARED OWNERSHIP IN SPAIN. View Townhouses
This is a unique opportunity to join a shared ownership with up to 3 other persons. You buy a quarter share of a property with the right to use it 13 weeks a year. The property is split in 4 equal parts and each owner gets a title deed on his share.
THIS IS NOTHING LIKE TIMESHARE, EACH OWNER GETS A TITLE DEED ON HIS SHARE OF THE PROPERTY.
The property will be available to each owner the following weeks:

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: View Property
The properties are luxurious townhouses with direct access to a communal pool and situated next to the golf course “Villamartin” with 2 other international golf courses close by. The lovely beaches of Cabo Roig and Campoamor are only a five minute drive away and within walking distance you will find banks, supermarkets, all sorts of shops as well as bars and restaurants.
The townhouses all have a small south facing garden and terrace, living/dining room, independent kitchen, guest toilet and a staircase up to the first floor containing 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes with mirror sliding doors and a luxurious bathroom with a corner bath. One of the bedrooms has access to a “French” balcony. Staircase to large roof terrace – most with sea views. All the properties are of a very high standard (10 years building insurance included) and come fully furnished and equipped including white goods, LCD TV and complete air condition / heating in all rooms.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE:
After each stay the property and garden will be cleaned and clean bed linen and towels delivered. During the stay each owner is responsible for good house keeping, however, it is possible - at the owner’s own expense - to order extra cleaning / laundry if so wished. General maintenance will be carried out according to need and an amount for this is paid together with the yearly community charges. It is also possible to order a “welcome pack” with groceries according to wishes, so everything is ready when you arrive. Of course, you will have to pay for the groceries, but the service itself is included in the yearly costs.
PURCHASE OF A SHARE:
The price per share is including all costs, completely furnished etc. The reservation fee per share is 10% of the purchase price and is to be paid to the solicitors EURO-ABOGADOS’ clients account where it stays until all 4 parts are sold. When all 4 parts are sold all buyers will be asked to pay the final amount and will be informed of the date for signing the title deed.
LETTING: Contact us to let your property
Each owner is free to let out their weeks in case they do not wish to use them themselves.
THE SHARE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
The purchased share is to be paid in full by take over of the property.
Each owner is to pay for their own use of water and electricity and is responsible for any damage to the inventory or property during their stay.
LOAN ON THE SHARE:
It is not possible for the individual owner to take a loan on his/hers share of the property. Any loan on the property has to be approved by all the owners who are then responsible for the loan together
TAKE OVER OF THE PROPERTY:
When the property and communal areas are completed and all 4 shares are sold.
